Point taken about the age of the Chromebook, Jeffrey, but the tower computer I'm using is older than that (maybe 7 or 8 years old!) and still runs W10 O.K.) The laptop isn't mine, it belongs to a friend who has forgotten how to access a screen which allows him to type up documents to send to his printer. He doesn't have the user instructions for it, either.
