RS still sell a universal valve output transformer that will do the job.
Check the dropper with your meter.
The UL41 will likely still be OK in my experience.
You have read up well, you obviously understand the problem of the coupling capacitor leaking, but be aware thar pin 4 of the output valve should have nothing connected and that the UL41 on its own can have grid current due to contamination in the bottom.
It is done to spark the valve to lessen the grid current, you will find post on the forums.
