In the meantime, pray tell how you get 20mm diameter cells to fit into a hole designed to take a 15mm pipe.
The myths start but if you use a second hand stop end.
If the pipe had water in it then wet cells are needed and you need to open the battery compartment with a water screwdriver to fit it.
If you use a new stop end you can only fit dry cells and the battery cover has to be fitted with drywall screws.
If the stop end came from a gas pipe then life will be a gas and a safety police inspection will be needed.
