Soldering Litz Wire in modern Headphones

No doubt I could rewire the headphones in question  (AV-Link brand) with a length of (sub)miniature twin screened microphone cable, and may do so at some point.  Much easier than trying to solder to the Tinsel wire in the original cable.

You don't have tinsel wire in that cable.

With enough heat from the soldering iron, the enamel will burn off.
