C40 (0.005uF) is the coupling capacitor to the audio output valve's control grid, replace with 0.0047uF (4.7nF) of at least 400 VDC rating.
C56 (50uF) is the audio output valve's cathode bypass capacitor, replace with 47uF at either 25 or 50 VDC rating, it doesn't matter which, this is an electrolytic capacitor so observe polarity.
There are no capacitors connected between the control grid and cathode.
