That isn't what I was looking for, Mike. That was just an aberration with the letterpress machine, I would guess.
The other electrolytics have the weird spacing because the text has been justified. The printers had been on strike for the previous 2 months, so perhaps they were only just getting back into the swing of things.
Look more at the original text supplied - it's not a typesetting issue.
