Hi Andy.
Oil vapour is minimal and also dependent on the type of compressor you have. The conventional piston types do have an air oil mix but the amount is tiny, plus most have a oil trap and filter, you cannot have oil contaminating vehicle paint spraying. Some accessories produce oil mist like those air fed ratchets they use in the garages. The diaphragm types don't have the issue.
