Hi.
Today i received a good CRM92A from Mikemushradio via David Boynes.
It is fitted and give a beautiful bright picture with far less focussing issues. There is still some edge focus problems but a little time tonight I decided to pull the CRT out a little with the set on, dodgy I know but the problem cleared albeit with corner cutting. I have found that the bottom threaded rod for lateral adjustment of the focus/centring coil is chewed up and the top one partly seized, this is the reason as the the focus assembly is not far enough back. I should be able to fix this the next time the chassis is out.
