Yes, indeed. It's very stable and has no problem transmitting 3MHz modulation. All my messing with the PC graphics was using Darius' modulator.
Darius' converter would reproduce 2MHz and the architecture would happily operate in reverse. The messy bit would be sorting the input and output interfaces.
