Hi.
There were many single channel sets that were still superhets. The Decca 1000, Murphy V200 for example plus of course the tunable Band 1 sets like the Bush TV22 and Pye V4.
Good luck with the restoration, any pictures?

The circuit I'm sure is in the 1953/54 radio & TV red servicing books, it uses a 14 inch CRT and is quite a rare set, its a superhet for sure.
