All of those Visconols are faulty. If they're not faulty right now they very soon will be. Some have restuffed them, though there's been debate as to whether the oil is hazardous PCB or not.
If your cap is from a first generation CTV focus circuit it will be rated for at least 6kV. I don't have the EHT voltage for the TBM272 to hand but if it's less than 6kV you're fine.
