Should be OK, but take a long while heating up and even longer cooling.
Try a bakelite piece in the oven for a long while first. Don't rely on an ordinary oven or thermostat, too fast and not accurate.
I would think a heat up time in excess of 3 hours with a very slow start gradient to be safe.
