I got it all back together and working again. I had to leave the compressors on the springs until they were back under the wheel arch. It is an early BMW 1 series.
I travel in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and south Yorkshire as I am close to the boundaries of all three. The roads are like spotty teenagers with acne all over them. I think we should call it tarmacne
