For a DDS the resolution is fixed by the clock frequency and the width of the accumulator used. It is independent of the output frequency.
For AD9833 module the clock is 25MHz and the accumulator width 28 bits giving a resolution of 25MHz /2^28 = 25000000/268435456 = 0.093Hz
The other common module uses an AD9850 which has a 32 accumulator and has a 125MHz clock.
This gives a step size of 125,000,000/2^32 = 125000000/4294967296 = 0.029Hz
