Ebay is frustrating, you just get your auto searches how you like them, then the programmers have to have a fiddle and everything goes to pot and you have hundreds of irrelevant items pop up in the USA.
I disable email notifications and rely instead on frequent visits to my searches "feed" page using the link. https://www.ebay.co.uk/feed this normally shows all the items which have been added and match my searches. Then if I am not interested in any of the items, I just click on the little x in the top right corner of each thumbnail and the item disappears from the list.
