No, I don't think so! The junction of R20/R21 is tied to the collector of TR6 and will follow the voltage swing there irrespective of whether the other side of the load is connected to -6V or AC coupled to either supply rail - or, as in this case, both supply rails.
The AC at the collector of TR6 will pass through the loudspeaker load in any event.
Try comparing this circuit with an otherwise identical one that does not have a centre tapped supply.
