Whaling - also known as CEO Fraud. Targeting to a specific business. Requires research from attackers. Initial email purports to come from senior executive, normally COO or CEO to a member of the finance team. Data normally from LinkedIn plus Facebook etc.
We regularly train our staff on this stuff.
