Shorted caps Mike? Or wrong setting on primary? What are the DC res readings with the secondaries disconnected? Is it SC or OC?
Found a tfmr int shed today, secs are 0 350 500 760 and 1000 + 12.6 and 6.3v from memory. no good I think. However am sure I have a toroid that goes up to 1250 or there abouts.
