Might have a tfmr that will do the job. I have a couple out of Telequipment scopes, which yours looks like.

PS, the caps in these old scopes usually reform. They can be very expensive to recap as most of the caps are high voltage. If you want to get modern replacements
caps from decent makers like Panasonic, Nichicon, Rubycon, Vishay etc are best, but due to the price and what they're going into cheap jobbies may be the best bet.
