Hi Andy.
There is no info at all on this receiver. It is of course quite possible it is the wrong valves but the use of a DK91 is most likely correct as the DK96 isn't happy on short waves. The use of the '96 range elsewhere seems logical too to save on filament current.
I've now completed the mod and the total current has dropped to 14ma, nearly half of the initial current drawn, performance has in no way been effected, i'd imagine that valve life would be better too. I also found a suitable oscillator coil and SW is now working too, just some tidying up and job done.
