Sorry for not replying sooner but I've only just seen your post and didn't get any notification that there was a new reply to this thread...
Anyway, I've removed the card sheet from the lid and scanned it for you (attached).
Hope you find it useful - there were some marks/scratches on it but most of it is readable.
BTW, my LP U11 battery is now reading 1.43V. It's voltage has slowly increased over the months I've had it for some reason...
Also, I did find some long-reach 2mm probes, the reason the main sockets were 'wobbly' was due to wear - less used ones were a good fit (will probably swap these over).
