It is possible that someone has made mods to the wiring.
The main capacitor block is a standard TCC one, I have seen an Identical one in a KB radio before, and on another, not all sections have been used.
I dont think any harm will come with it wired as it is, but I have upped the voltage of C12 (it was 100v) to 450v, I actually used two 10uf caps.
I have just realised I have not drawn in the variable resistor across the main heater circuit to ground.
