V4 being directly heated? An attempt at hum control?
1K is a bit big, with what HT voltage will you get the quoted cathode current with that valve type? AC064 max anode is only 200v so you are not going to get much out of it, quoted max 1 watt, with another drop on the output transformer.
Could R2 be between C12 & C13, not doubting your work but unless the capacitor pack was a standard part used in other sets I am trying to find a sensible design reason?
