It looks to be a type of Geissler tube :https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geissler_tube
Difficult to say if it is or not as they were made in so many different shapes.
I don't think it's specifically a Crookes tube: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crookes_tube though opinions may differ.
