He's still very much around and up to standard, David. He had a single out called 'At the Indie Disco' earlier this year the Light Programme played quite a lot.
Last year, or knowing my perception of time, or the lack thereof, it cold have been before that) he teamed up with a chap from Pugwash and made an album about Cricket under the name The Duckworth-Lewis Method. The lead track was called 'The Age of Revolution' and contained a classic bit about overseas players: "always denied entry by the English gentry. Now we're driving Bentleys playing twenty-20."
I like some of the earlier stuff too like 'The Seafood Song' and 'A Drinking Song': "We're drinking to Life, we're drinking to Death, we're drinking 'til none of our livers are left."
I about to put Javis Cocker's 6 Music programme on. He's another good 'un.
Cheers
