This transformer will have been made specially for the instrument. You'll need an exact replacement which in practice means a scrap instrument with a good transformer. The scope itself is a very basic one, of no special value. If you want to use a scope there's plenty of more modern instruments around that will do a much better job. If you're interested in the scope itself as a historical device it's a different matter. I'm sure Ed Dinning could rewind the transformer for you but for the same money you could get a couple of very decent modern scopes secondhand.
