It's a bit leaky. Measures anywhere between about 10k & 1Meg on my DMM, and varies with the setting of the tuner. I'll try Trevor's suggestion. Perhaps the hairdryer treatment will cure it. (Nothing to do with the fault, but this one is a Harrod's model c/w their serial numbered plate. It also has the Licence plate which used to be affixed to all radios.
