I have been in contact with 'the man' and he is/has been without electric and water for a while although I believe everything is structurally ok.
I transported one of these sets to him a couple of years ago, a cracking example that worked well - the only part missing was a mains plug but he had one of those!
I am sure if you did some searching the posts could be unearthed.
