Hi Frank.
Well I managed some time today, the original LOPT is faulty, the overwind is definitely faulty and it gets warm after a few minutes. I removed the transformer and cobbled in a scan transformer from a Philips projection set. Fortunately I was able to use a winding for part of the line oscillator feedback. It runs slow from 4 to 8 kHz. With a diode on the PL top cap I'm getting 1.2kv EHT. I'm getting results dull and poor focus on 180 and 240, flicker is minimal on this tube. A lot to do but it's looking promising.
