Amusingly, they claim 1000V CAT III 
While I'm sure they'd be fine on the bench for low energy work, I'd be cautious about using these anywhere else.
While I appreciate that fanciful CAT ratings is just part of the deal on a cheap Chinese multimeter, for test leads it's getting a bit to close to my person for comfort!
