OK. My bad. dbPowerAmp won't run on VB - I used it previously - The Innuos box is VB packaged in a nice box with a very low power PC - You pay for the privilege of it being completely self-contained - it is not cheap, but very nice to use.
Having ripped and identified all the music, you need to deliver it out. that's what the inbuilt LMS does.
You can get it out of the same box that VB is running on, but I refer you to the previous detailed answer I gave you on this
