I have not visited this thread for a while, it looks like you have cracked it and now have an awesome amp.
Are you building another for a stereo setup, you may need to put some heavy gauge wire mesh over the roof to keep it on.
I assume you are testing into a dummy loadof some sort (power sink) at the moment at those power levels.
It will be interesting to see how it performs when connected to speakers with no dummy load, the speakers impedance will vary a lot with the frequency, will this effect things?
