Andy, it is always a good idea to pay particular attention to the grounding in any amplifier. One single ground to chassis at the input with everything else connected to a suitable bus-bar - e.g.: 16 swg tinned copper - avoids all those nasty circulating currents that provide the unwanted feed back.
