I haven't checked all of the resistors yet but most of the ones I have are pretty close to 20% high. Two or three are well above and have or will be replaced. I don't intend to change the +20% ones at present.
The manual states that 3uV at the aerial terminals should produce 50mW output. After a full alignment I can just make out a signal when I inject 3uV pd from my PSG1000 sig gen so still some way to go. The one thing I do not know is the input impedance of the 358 so I am not sure if the gen is properly terminated and just how to 3uV I am actually injecting.
Anyway back to the bench now to replace another couple of hard to get at waxies.
