A quick Google suggests that Hersant might be the retailer, is there any other stamp on the movement? Often had a stamp on the movement saying "medaille de bronze" or something similar plus makers initials or name, this is all Googled info, I know zilch about these things. A bit about marks etc, basic but it's the first one I came across, might be better guides on the web:
