Ok, if measure resistance across windings (unpowered) and measure voltages accordingly using an Avon will this give a better summation of this transformer?

I think it's already been established the transformer is ok, you can check with an Avo if you want but I doubt it will tell you anything more, the windings are 250v-0-250v at 75mA, 6.3v at 2 amps for the amplifying valves, for the rectifier you have 0-5v-6.3v at 2 amps for the 5 volt and 1 amp for the 6.3 volt, the 5 volt can supply 2 amps, the 6.3 volt can supply 1 amp but not together, eg: decide which rectifier to use, 5 volt for GZ34 etc or 6.3 volt for EZ80/EZ81 etc.
If using silicon rectifiers then the 6.3v rectifier winding can be used for whatever so long as the current draw doesn't exceed 1 amp.
