That makes sense. The yellows are mains and the greys are rectifier heater.
The thick blue green and white are the center tapped main heaters.
The reds and black are HT.
The thin blue will be a noise shield and is normally earthed to a point on the chassis where noise from the mains is minimum. In the first photo you posted it was twisted with the black from the HT giving a clue to it being a shield and earthed at the same point as the HT earth.
