The thin blue wire is probably a screen connection, disconnect that from the choc block and connect the white wire in its place, check for continuity between the white wire and the thick blue and green wires, you should get continuity between the two red wires and also from either of the red wires to the black wire, if not then the HT secondary winding is probably open circuit.
