Well the yellows are marked up mains so they should buzz to the voltage selector with a continuity buzzer.
The two greys should just buzz to each other and nothing else and if so will be the rectifier heater.
The thick blue and green should buzz with the white and will be the main heaters with a center tap.
The reds and the black are the HT to the rectifier anodes.
The little blue looks like an RF screen and is twisted with the black from the HT in anticipation of being connected to the chassis and will have no other continuity.
Just connect the yellows with a lamp limiter and measure the voltages and you will be done.
