PC crashes

Are my registry setting still there? Whay do you think that? I reformatted the SSD before doing a full install.

I've run Speccy. The CPU is an i7 2.7GHz.

I've attached a saved .speccy file in case you want to have a look.

Not too sure about the voltages now. Speccy says:

MEMORY CONTROLLER    2.040 V
+3.3V    2.028 V
+5V    3.367 V

+5V HIGH THRESHOLD    2.822 V

PS: Resolved the RAM size. That part is a pair of 8GB modules.
