I've just tried my copy of TDSL personal edition, having not used it for a long time. It loads instantly - as would be expected - and there's no error displayed on closing. I'm running Windows 10. Previously, with Windows 7, it gave the error mentioned by Jeffrey.
The program is limited but it is a useful and very simple resource and can save book and on-line searches when I'm feeling lazy.
