Hi Jeffery if the lamp fitting is an old one with t12 tubes & depending how old it is there are getting collectable & it might be worth to sell it on Ebay etc I went down the led tube route in the kitchen replaced a 5foot fitting with a 22w led tube the original t8 tube wattage is 58w good saving on energy instant lamp on no flickering & full brightness on start up I was against led lamps at first as the replacement for sodium street lamps were poor lets see it it will last as long as they claim regards Bob
