TDSL is free, but was last updated in 2008. In fairness it works perfectly and just gives an error message on exit. But since it is a 32 bit app run on a 64 bit machine that is several generations beyond what the software was written for, I'm not unhappy. It worked error-free under XP, by the way.
The other goody there is PSU designer, which I use frequently. That exits without error.
