The 10403 resistor leads are 0.9" apart.
But yes - if you were using these at full 10kV you have to be careful of the quality of the solder blob (nothing spikey to corona), deflux the joints, and clean off fingerprints. But with only 2kV absolute max across each resistor, as you say it is not a great problem.
