The bulk of the 22mm outlet pipework will be outdoors, with a slight slope down from the top of the run to the soil stack. I suppose there's a risk of freezing, especially on the vertical section which will normally be full of ****. The near horizontal part should normally be empty as it will drain into the stack. I could probably run the vertical section indoors if it was a good idea.
