Thanks for that Sychrodyne. I remember reading somewhere of a sloping long wire band 1 aerial being used that was strung in the direction of the TX, I presume this is a Beverage type aerial, I expect this would only work on a VP TX though. Could also be used for band 3 as well I suppose..
