Is your formula correct? Expressing the test frequency as a percentage of the marked frequency for the top crystal on the right half gives a result of 100.0197316%. This can be tested by working it backwards and multiplying the marked frequency (2534) by 100.0197316 and dividing by 100 the answer equals the test frequency.
