21.8MHz is close to - but not exactly - the 27th harmonic of 808kHz, so I don't think so, Mike!
If it's a third overtone crystal, the fundamental would be 7.2666MHz, or 4.36MHz for a fifth overtone, so not even a near miss!
That is an FT243 crystal and, although not as big and chunky as those I referred to earlier, it might still respond to physical violence ...
