Hi.
For the vast majority of my driving life I have driven proper Skoda cars. My all time favourite was the brilliant 1000MB, I had two and I clocked up a lot of trouble free miles in both.
I was a member of the Skoda Owners Club for many years and won a competition in 1980 leading to a holiday in Czechoslovakia in '81.
I bought this book and it came today, loads of pictures but it is in Czech, I know some words anyway but it's hard to follow the text. There is a section on Skoda's collaboration with NSU on the design of Wankel engines, lots on rallying and other masses of info.
So time to brush up on my Czech.
