1 transistor FM transmitter

This has happened to me before here, I think it may be something to do with the fact that I have to use a tethered mobile internet adapter? Anyhow everything is fine until I try to alter settings, I save changes but everything reverts to default! I finally did it on the phone (my usual method of scanning the forums) and that worked. Default to off is probably still the best way, as clearing up the mess after an auto spam hack must be every administrators nightmare.
